EXTRA FIRE PRECAUTIONS LIFTED

EXTRA FIRE PRECAUTIONS ARE NOW LIFTED FROM 03/09/25 ONWARD

Following on from the dry weather ban on fire pits, we have now had a resonable amount of rain so all guests are welcome to use firepits and coal BBQ's the usual rules still apply. these should be raised off the floor to prevent damage to the pitches.

Due to the extreme dry conditions and extreme risk of fire we have banned firepits, disposable low standing BBQs of any type and similar, until further notice. 

This will be in force during your stay.

This decision has been taken to safeguard grassland and standing crops. 

Please also take care when extinguishing and disposing of cigarette butts, both on site and when out and about in the countryside.

If you witness a fire please dial 999 and give your location.
